To qualify for early rates, registration form and payment must be received no later than February 8, 2008.  For advanced registration, your registration form and payment must be received by March 7, 2008.  Any registrations after March 7th will be on-site.

No registration form will be processed without payment.  Invoices and purchase orders are not acceptable.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by February 12, 2008.  AWRT will refund the fee less a $25 administrative fee.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER FEBRUARY 12, 2008.

All fees must be paid in U.S. funds.
